Hi all, just wawnt to know if any one has been able to create a user control which rases events, that can be trapped by a web page, please note I know I can do this via custom control, but for simplicity sake, I want to use a user control (.ascx) since I hate creating datagrids and controls in code form, I prefer to use asp.net tag syntax. thanks in adavnce H

Deriving from HtmlControlsDoes MS have a solution for this, since right now it's really really easy to decompile and reverse engineer assemblies? Before I go and spend a bunch of time building controls I may want to sell, it would be nice to know that my effort won't all be totally for the benefit of my competitors, who can just decompile my assembly and have full access to the code.
