Duwarmish: Requires Policy Managment

I install the Duwarmish sample and all went Ok.
I have the database create, directory etc.
when I try to open the saample I get an error:
Requires Policy Managment.
any idea what is it, and what needed to be done to correct the problem.
I use the Beta 2

You need to have Enterprise Architect VS.NET as the professional version
doesn't do Enterprise Templates, or Developer Policies.
