Config Network Setting(e.g.IP) in Pocket PC Emulator

Hi, my background:
1. use IE6.0 view microsoft.com and localhost - OK
2. use Pocket IE view microsoft.com - Fail
3. use Pocket IE view localhost - Fail
4. use Pocket IE view 207.46.197.102 - Ok
Then, I may conclude that the IP config or DNS server setting in my Pocket
PC 2002 Emulator may have some problem. Can anyone tell me how and where can
I config a PocketPC network connection?
The Network Adapters in my PocketPC emulator have installed:
1. AsyncMac NDISWAN Adapter
2. DC21X4 Ethernet Driver
3. NE2000 Compatible Ethernet Driver
4. PPTP1 NDISWAN Adapter
How can I config as same as my original Windows XP config? As my default IE
6.0 show no error.

The problem is not the IP Config or the DNS Server or the Emulator... As
I've noted in my previous emails, you need to configure the loopback
adapter.

The Readme for the PocketPC 2002 SDK states that:

Emulator requires network connection or loopback adapter
To use the emulator, you need to either have an active network connection or
have installed the Microsoft Loopback Adapter. See Microsoft Knowledge Base
