We run a C# Windows app on a Win2000 box which sends messages to a
public queue. It works fine. We take the same code and put it in a web
form on the same box and we get an error - Message Queue service not
available. We have referenced system.messaging and have the using
clause in the code. This same web form works fine from a Win XP box.
Any ideas what is causing this?

Is it possible that the ASPNET account needs access?

Truth be told, I'm not terribly familiar with MSMQ, but this sparked
something in my mind. Search the Win2000 Help for "Message Queuing, access
control" and scan through that section.
Also, does the Winform version run under the current user's account? As
developers, we tend to have more privileges (i.e. Admin role) than most...
