In my application, I want to use some object in DLL in another PC Box,
because I want to balance load. In VB6, it can use COM+ to do it. How to do
it in .Net?

You can either set it up as a Web Service or a Remote object. The .NET
Quickstarts come with the .NET Framworks SDK, VS .NET, or you can get to
them on http://www.gotdotnet.com. They have How To... quickstarts that
show how to set up a remote object. The best focused source on remoting
that I know of is Ingo Rammer's site at http://www.dotnetremoting.cc/.
