Hi!
=20
I would like to create a program for myself (unless there is already one
written) that will walk down a directory tree on a server or client
machine and open older ASP files and then perform some actions to
convert them to ASPX files.
=20
Has anyone seen any example programs of using ASP.Net to walk down a
directory tree and open files for processing ?

P.S. If you have already seen programs that programmatically convert
ASP to ASPX files that would also be very helpful.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts,

Interested on porting your existing ASP pages to ASP.NET? This article
demonstrates how to do a minimalistic port from ASP to
ASP.NET and steps and tips on converting your application fully to
ASP.NET.
I think you need to familiarize yourself with the details of converting asp
file to aspx before worring about automating it.
