Siri,
The compact framework is not available for public download. A early =
alpha(?) version of the Compact Framework was given out at the last PDC. =
It does not work with the RTM VS.Net Bits.
Per the .Net Compact Frameworks Team an SDE Beta 1 is due sometime soon =
with improved capabilities and the ability to work with RTM VS.Net. As =
to when, the answer that you will get is "when it is ready" :)
