Pretty good intro example could be found at: http://www.asptoday.com in the
"Other Technologies" section...

It's quite a bit out dated due to the new wize bang online admin form/wizard
that Microsoft now provides and doesn't really give you alot of info on how
to get all the correct settings in place with then new interface... but it
will get you going in the right direction.
