Is it possible to have a page split into two regions with different URLS
for each without using frames?

For example... I need to have a menu bar stay on the screen even if I call
"Yahoo" However if I use frames my menu will not drop down over both
frames.

This can be a challenge. I've done some crazy stuff with the
System.Net.WebClient to screen-scrape from other sites, or even pages
from within my own site, and then extract the html code between their
<BODY></BODY> tags and stuff it into an asp:label control on my page.
Does that sound round-about, or what?

I'm sure there are other ways to avoid the dreaded frames, but if you
want a sample of this, let me know.

(By the way, for expediency, I've often gone to the frame, particularly
if I can stay away from Netscape).

this has absolutely NOTHING to do with asp.net regular expressions.

you should move this to aspclient, where all the client-side experts are.
