Error When Using Validator Messages   Related Types This message was discovered on ASPFriends.com 'aspngbeta' list. Kapsinow, Steve -- This message, which was originally sent to "aspng", has been moved to "aspngbeta" mailing list by the List Master -- When the RequiredFieldValidator control is implemented in my asp.net page, I get an error message when accessing the page through my browser. The message pops up in a separate message box. It says: Warning! Unable to find script library WebUIValidation.js. This error only shows up when the page is accessed in IE 5.x The page seems to be fully functional otherwise. Even the validator works. This message keeps popping up though. Any ideas? Thanks! Reply to this message...        Anthony Moore The validation controls can provide a richer user interface in IE 4 or greater, but they fall back to server side validation if it fails or if you are using a different browser. However, a problem with setup means that the client library to make it work is not available on your system. Do a view->source to look for the path where it is expecting this (usually "/aspx/1.0.2204/scripts"), try to get a copy of this file and place it in that location. The setup problem that most likely causes this is fixed in Beta 2, and the error message is more helpful.
