<P><FONT SIZE=3D2>Firstly when I specified the normal unc =
\\ser1-dmn4-dc4\myfolder\mysecondfolder for  directory.create gave =
errors cant find path I did a trace back to it and it was miss spelling =
it like \ser1-dmn4-dc4myfoldermysecondfolder so then I went and re =
wrote it \\\ser1-dmn4-dc4\\myfolder\\mysecondfolder</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE=3D2>Did a trace and found that it was the correct path =
\\ser1-dmn4-dc4\myfolder\mysecondfolder.</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=3D2>But then when I used it with directory.create it =
keeps saying cant Could not find a part of the path =
\\ser1-dmn4-dc4\myfolder</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE=3D2>What is going on and why is it not working I have =
checked the path via Dos via start run etc and it defintely works the =
everyone group has full perm on those folders and sub =
folders!</FONT></P>

Are you trying to create directories on the local machine, or ?
What is the current directory? (GetCurrentDirectory())

Hi Todd,

No I am trying to create directories on a remote server the share in which I
am trying to create the folder has everyone full perm.
