Short-cuts for ToolBar buttons

Per Erik Lorentzen
I have some toolbar buttons to navigate in records. These should be =
accessed through the short-cuts Ctrl+Insert (new), Ctrl+Delete (delete), =
Ctrl+Home (first), Ctrl+PageDown (next), Ctrl+PageUp (previous) and =
Ctrl+End (last).=20

I can't find that these shortcut keys can be assigned at design time, so =
does anyone know how this might be acchieved?
