Hello -

I am having the "There is invalid data at the root level. Line 1, position
1." Error when I try to pull my nodes from an XML file. I have given the
ASPNET User full control over the root and the file and still no luck.

Has anyone figure this one out?

Are accessing it through a virtual or physical path? Do you have any
form of authentication on your web site? Can you pull up the xml
straight?

I can pull up the XML file buy itself with no problems, and I am not using
any authentication. The xml file is in the same directory as the .aspx file
with the treeview control in it.

How are you accessing it??? full drive path(c:\) or like it is a web
page (/myxml.xml) ? It could be permissions, or it could also be an
issue with your xml. Can you post your xml and code?
