Has anyone added a "daily planner - or similar page into the portal that displays information based on an individual's UserID?

Have written a few modules which display different information depending on
the user name. If you are a member of C# Today you can read my case study on
a billing intranet site based on ibuyspy that allows different users to
charge their time against contracts. Simply ensure the control is on a tab
that requires sign-in and user the Context.User.Identity.Name to control the
information passed back to the user
