Sachin,

1) Go to the command line (use the 'Visual Studio .NET Command Prompt'
in the Visual Studio .NET group in Program Files)
2) Type 'aspnet_regiis.exe -i'
3) Hit enter

This will reinstall ASP.NET and resetup the the IIS mappings.
