Does anyone know how I could make a grid change colors on every other row?
That is, I want the title bar to be one color, and then below that the
odd-numbered rows a second color and the even-numbered rows a third color.

In a datagrid or datalist - it's easy.....I copied this out of an existing
datagrid I have:
Headerstyle-BackColor="#8080C0"

BackColor="#8080FF"

AlternatingItemStyle-BackColor="#DFDFDF"

if you open up the page in design view. You can set it in the property page.
It has an 'Alternatingtemplate' node that you can open and configure.
