I try to open a document inside design view inside vs.net. This error comes
up.

Could not open in Design view. Quote values differently inside
'<%..."value"....%>' block
I'm using a repeater

In hopes that it will inspire someone to answer this question, I'd like
to know the same thing. It's happened before to me a couple times and
