ISDBNULL - which dll to reference?

I'm trying to compile a dll but keep getting an error on ISDBNULL. It
says it isn't declared. Which dll do I have to reference?

Try this instead:

System.Convert.IsDBNull(...)

The convert class is a member of the System namespace.
