That is not it, already referencing that dll. It would really be of
great help to get an overview of which namespaces belongs to which dll.

I have no idea. It is not really mentioned in the MSDN. Maybe you can
try System.Data.

but the docs do mention the adequate dll for each class. For each class
there is a "about XYZ class" section. At the very bottom of the
corresponding page, there is something like Assembly: abc.dll
E.g., if you mean the IsDbNull method of
Convert
, you need mscorlib.dll
