Hello !!!
I wanna have a database with de names of some Web
Services, and from my web read this list of Web
Services and use them. The problem is that:
I'm programing with Visual Studio .NET, and if you
wanna use a Web Service, you make a reference to it
from the proyect, then you maka a new object from this
reference (or class) and then you use its methods.
Well, but if you take a noun of a Web Service from the
database, how can you make the reference and how can
you know about the names of its methods???
Thanks!!

Is there any specific reason why you are using a database for storing =
the web services list rather than going for a wsdl.

You will want to look into the reflection class.
With the WSDL (download it using the URL), you will be able to compile the =
class on the fly, instatiate the class and make requests against it as =
needed.
