Most Passport sites I attempt to visit are failing at sign in. Most notably
passport.com itself and also just now lastminute.com.
What happens is this:
1. Click Sign In
2. Browser bounces to another page
3. Browser does this several more times (15 I think)
4. Page states "The .NET Passport service is currently unavailable at this
Web site for one of these reasons..."
This behaviour has been occurring for at least two weeks now, and although I
can access the sites by signing out and trying again, it's a little
frustrating.
I'm wondering how many other people are seeing this behaviour? I know I am
not alone as I have spoken to others who have seen this problem.
Ollie
PS I emailed passport support and received no response.

I've just got that from passport.com
Ironicly I was reading last night that Passport had been offline for only 48
minuites in the past two years.
Just seem to end up with a querystring like this :
msppchlg=1&mspplogin=&msppchlg=1&mspplogin=&msppchlg=1&mspplogin=&msppchlg=1
&mspplogin=&msppchlg=1&mspplogin=&msppchlg=1&mspplogin=&msppchlg=1&mspplogin
=&msppchlg=1&mspplogin=&msppchlg=1&mspplogin=&msppchlg=1&mspplogin=&msppchlg
=1&mspplogin=&msppchlg=1&mspplogin=&msppchlg=1&mspplogin=&msppchlg=1&mspplog
in=&msppchlg=1&mspplogin=
Which is nice ...
Passport.Com thought I was signed out, but wqhen I went to hotmail - where I
was signed in and clicked sign out it signed me out of hotmail and
passport.com, I can sign in at MSN and now passport.com will let me sign in
