I'm just starting to play with VB.NET RC0 and having problems with the
datagrid.
I have a table that I have bound to the datagrid and it populates OK. The
problems
that I am having are:

1. How do I get the database to be update right after a field has been
changed?
All of the events for the datagrid seem to fire before the
dataset is updated,
therefore DataSet.HasChanges is false until I update a second
cell and at
that point it is updating the first change.

2. How do I detect when a new record is being created so I can
pre-populate it
with default values?

Thanks In Advance,

--->Robert

I appologize for approving this. It was a technical how-to and will continue
