It is a VoiceXml interface to .NET My Services,

Microsoft released some alpha bits regarding voice in conjunction with
ASP.NET at the PDC. I haven't had the opportunity to play with any of
it, but you might look into the availability of access to the technical
betas. I've read some of the white papers that came with the SDK and it
looks very interesting.
